about Daden Group

Daden was formed in 2005 by the former President and Vice President of adidas Team, Inc.
which Daden executives co-founded in 1999 as Valley Apparel Company.   Valley marketed
and sold products under exclusive licenses with adidas America, Major League Baseball,
NFL, Major League Soccer, US Olympics, professional athletes and over 100 colleges and
universities. Valley was purchased in 2004 by adidas and renamed adidas Team, Inc.

Daden currently partners with top sporting goods brands through license and supplier
agreements. The company’s products are sold to major retailers and team dealers
throughout the United States and Canada.

Principals

William Gansen
Mr. Gansen has over 20 years of executive level experience with Fortune 500 companies and
multinational brands including Occidental Petroleum, IBP, Inc. Thomas Industries, Inc., Hanson,
plc., Universal Gym, Starter Corporation, adidas America and Rawlings Sporting Goods, inc. In
the Fall of 2005, Mr. Gansen co-founded Daden Group.

Prior to forming Daden Group, Mr. Gansen was the President and CEO of adidas Team.
While at adidas he managed over 100 licenses with various colleges including Notre Dame,
UCLA, Tennessee and Nebraska; over 50 athlete licenses including Magic Johnson, Joe
Montana,Joe Namath and Jim Brown; and licenses with the National Football League, Major
League Baseball, Major League Soccer, Heisman Winners Association, and the NBC/US
Olympics. adidas Team, Inc. was formed in 2004 after the acquisition of Valley Apparel Company
by adidas.

Prior to forming Valley, Mr. Gansen was the Chief Financial Officer for Starter/Galt, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Starter Corporation.   Prior to Starter, Mr. Gansen was CFO of Universal
Gym Equipment, Inc., Managing Director of Universal Europe, subsidiary Controller for Hanson
plc., and staff accountant for Occidental Petroleum, and IBP, Inc.

Mr. Gansen has a BBA in Accounting from Iowa State University.

Dana Rupe
Ms. Rupe has over 15 years experience in the apparel industry and serves as President of
Daden Group. Prior to co-founding Daden Group, Ms. Rupe spent 5 years as the Vice
President of Valley Apparel Company, and adidas Team, Inc. Ms. Rupe’s responsibilities
at adidas included managing all sourcing, sales, merchandising, design and customer service.
Her sales duties at adidas included managing seven regional sales agencies with over 50
representatives.   Ms. Rupe also managed the worldwide supplier base including factories
in Korea, China, Vietnam, Macau, Honduras, Canada and the United States. These suppliers
produced over 6,000 SKU’s for our 300+ licenses. As the head of research and development,
she was responsible for the design of all adidas Team products including t-shirts, fleece, polo’s,
jerseys, headwear, socks, bags, and other activewear.

Ms. Rupe’s apparel and accessory product designs are currently worn by numerous college
and professional teams including Notre Dame, UCLA, Tennessee, Nebraska, and Major League
Soccer, and prior to 2002 the adidas NFL teams partners (Buccaneers, 49’ers, Redskins,
Chargers, Texans and Patriots). Prior to adidas, Ms. Rupe held Product Manager positions for
Starter Corporation and Gear for Sport.

Ms. Rupe has a Master’s Degree in Textiles and Apparel from Iowa State University, and BS
in Merchandising and Consumer Studies from the University of Arizona.
